Two hunting-related incidents were reported by the Rappahannock ('mintv Sheriffs office this week.
On the afternoon of Saturday. -Jan 5. Rappahannock County Sheriff Larry Shercrtz arrested seven men from the Washington. I).< metropolitan area for trespassing to hunt on private propertv without the owner's permission.
The incident occurred in Gid Brown Hollow west of Washington. The men were hunting deer on the property at around 1:15 pm., when Sherertz confronted them and made the arrests.
