Several speakers said that alternatives such as expanding the elementary school and using modular classrooms to take care of a “temporary spike” in enrollment hadn’t been explored enough. Some suggested that the county not get involved in building a middle school without going to the voters with a referendum.
Rare Finds, located next to the Post Office and Country Cafe in Washington, is now open for business with a steady stream of customers. Rappahannock County is known for speciality shops and antique dealers.
Eve Willis and her staff have added a rare and interesting touch to the idea. The shop is three rooms - Filled with variety, era and style.
