I have read each response
published in this Newspaper and heard many comments regarding the pending Lighting Ordinance.
It is apparent those who oppose the Ordinance do not understand the meaning. The letters published on Nov. 28 -and Dec. 5 are a prime example of not understanding the Ordinance. Below are the facts about the Ordinance that can be verified by County Officials.
