On Friday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m., the RAAC Friday at the Library Series will feature Kurt Campbell and Michele Flournoy, co-authors of To Prevail: An American Strategy for the Campaign Against Terrorism published by the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC.
