The Rappahannock-Rapidarr Community' Services Board (RRCSB). Culpeper, Virginia, provides transportation services tor the elderly and disabled within Culpeper, Fauquier. Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock. These services transport individuals to and from rehabilitation programs, outpatient services,
meal programs, and other services operated by the RRCSB and private providers. Funds are being requested from the Commonwealth) of Virginia to purchase five (5) thirteen pas-, senger vans through the FTA Section 5310 Program. These vehicles will be utilized to maintain existing services and replace vehicles in the current fleet with an excess of 150,000 miles. We invite any interested public or prk vate transit or paratransit operator within th<$ Planning District 9 area to comment on thei proposed services by sending a written notic^ by February 28, 2002 to Mr. Neil Shermary Department of Rail and Public Transportation^ P.O.
