6. There is not a single resident, farmer or business owner currently living or operating in Rappahannock County, who will he affected hy any of the requirements of this Ordinance.
7. This Lighting Ordinance does protect you from the Corporate America, who will install any number of lights to attract you to their business. This Ordinance is not designed to stop any new business from being established here. It does mean the new businesses (requiring a site plan) must meet the letter and intent of this Ordinance.
I hope this clears up any misconceptions regarding this Ordinance.
