JANUARY 7 Prepared Childbirth This six-week Monday course is taught by a certified nurse instructor and is encouraged for | all parents-to-be. The comprehensive content 1 includes labor, delivery, pain management, nutrition, baby care, and much more. $50. 7-9 p.m.
JANUARY 9 Siblings i For you and your children (those 3 years old ; and up), who may welcome some advice on how to be a good big brother or sister to a new baby. You will learn ways to ease transition of adding a baby to the family. 7-8 p.m.
JANUARY 23 Infant CPR Though not a course to get certification, this is an important class for parents, siblings and babysitters to learn and practice CPR for infants. 7-9 p.m.
FEBRUARY 6 Breastfeeding Information for parents-to-be about the benefits and techniques of breastfeedinq. 7-9 p.m.
