Support group to meet

Hospice of the Rapidan offers free bereavement support groups to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one, with or without prior Hospice affiliation. The discussion group now forming will meet on Monday evenings for six weeks, beginning June 3 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Hospice of the Rapidan Community room. Call Craig Wilt. Yoga with Lilo

Do you want to be more flexible and feel better physically as well as mentally? If so, join "Yoga with Lilo." Events at Culpeper Regional

The annual Culpeper Regional Bike and Blade Rodeo will be held on June 1 for children ages five to nine at Culpeper Regional Hospital. Children should bring bikes and in-line skates for a skills challenge and safety information. Helmets will be provided for those children who do not have one, There will be special giveaways for every child. Thfe event will be held from 9 to 11 a.m.

On June 3, a “Diabetes and Exercise" program will be held. The discussion about the importance and benefit of exercise in managing the disease and a walking program designed for people with diabetes will be presented.
