physicals
offered
at RCHS
RCHS will be offering sports physicals for rising 8th through 12th graders on Tuesday, June 4 from 3:20 to 5:30 p.m. There is no charge for the physical. It is valid for the upcoming school year 2002/2003.
Participating health professionals are: Brooke Miller MD, John S. Evans MD and Ann Miller RN C-FNP.
The physical exam will include height, weight, vision, blood pressure and urine checked for glucose and protein. Forms are available from Margaret Wiese in the Guidance Office or Jon Smythe in the Athletic Department. The form needs to be completed and signed by a parent/guardian.
