Surviving in addition to her husband, Ashby Harlow Jr., are two sons, David Harlow and Anthony Harlow, both of Shenandoah; three brothers. Nelson Kite of Elkton, Orville Kite of Stanley and Humie Kite Jr. of Sperryville; two sisters, Frances Alger of Grottoes and Alda Powell of Elkton; a granddaughter and two grandsons.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, May 22 at the Church of the Valley by the Rev. Alfred Comer Jr. Burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Shenandoah.

Sarah Mildred Banks, wife of the late Rev. R.L. Banks died Thursday, May 16 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
Survivors include a daughter, Christiana B. Ficklin and son-in-law, Temple Ficklin and her grandchildren, Wyndel Ficklin, Angielle FicklinJones and Antionette FicklinMcMullen.
A wake was held on Saturday, May 25 at Nazareth Baptist Church in Boston, followed by a funeral service and interment.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
