Rappahannock County scarecrows are being offered an extended usefulness this year. They are invited to enter a month-long competition for prizes and publicity by Flint Hill’s Bed and Breakfast, Caledonia Farm. The display will be judged on Halloween and cash prizes given. A maximum of 40 scarecrows are invited to enter the contest.
