Photo courtesy ot Lisa Welsted Diane Bruce was honored on Friday evening by friends and colleagues for her 25 years of service as Rappahannock Clerk of the Court. The celebration was held at the home of John and Peggy Ralph in Flint Hill. Ms. Bruce was appointed County Clerk by Circuit Court Judge Raynor V. Snead to fill the unexpired term of Ned Jones in August of 1977.
