This course will provide successful participants a certification from the National Restaurant Association that is recognized nationally and by the Virginia Department of Health. It complies with Virginia Food Regulations adopted in March, 2002.
Virginia Cooperative Extension and the Virginia Department of Health are offering the 16 hour ServSafe Course and Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. The course will be offered in Warrenton at the Fauquier Extension office, 24 Pelham Street, Sept. 9 and 16 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The pre-registered cost is $104 per person. The textbook and exam is included in'the fee. To register, contact the Rappahannock Extension Office 675-3619 before the registration deadline of noon Sept. 6.
