Mr. Frazier changed his tune at the Board of Supervisors hearing and, in fact, apologized for the actions of the Planning Commission and suggested that his aye” vote in that venue was intended just to expedite the application's move from the carnival atmosphere” of the Commission to the Board of Supervisors. The other Commissioners voting to support the application were Board of Zoning Appeals representative Butch Zindel, Chairman Tom Junk, Jackson District Commissioner Ray Brown, Wakefield Commissioner Werner * Krebser, and Stonewall-Hawthome Commissioner Tom Tepper.

The Board of Supervisors’ public hearing brought forth a nearly singular voice in opposition to Sunnyside Farms' application—the only support heard in fact was from Sunnyside's primary construction contractor Peter Kreyling—and most expressed concern for the traffic impact on Harris Hollow Road and through the Town of Washington.
