Special to the Rappahannock News , The Rappahannock Express bus system is changing on Aug. 18 to ‘on demand’ service only which means that county residents can call 9878400 and make arrangements to be picked up anywhere in the county and taken to their destination.
Previously, the Rappahannock Express had offered a set bus route and schedule around the county and to the towns of Warrenton, Culpeper and Front Royal.’ The ‘on demand’ service will replace the fixed route service and schedule. Prices will
