Zoning Ordinance Case Manager Clerk of Circuit Court
Leesburg, Virginia The Zoning Ordinance Case Manager will be responsible for managing all Zoning Ordinance cases during the pre-trial and trial phases of the cases. The case manager will act as the liaison to the Judges on related matters. The case manager will complete all data entry required to update the case disposition in all 200 cases in the case management system, file all pleadings in those cases and supervise the appropriate retention of the court files. This position will coordinate all special case management automation issues, such as electronic storage of filings with the Courts Services Manager and the Chief Deputy Clerk and will be responsible for the retention of all Zoning Ordinance cases. Prefer direct court experience, court file management experience court data entry experience, knowledge of basic clerks -office operations and case management practices.
