Elizabeth Frances Jenkins, 85, of Sperryville died Aug. 7 at her residence.
Mrs. Jenkins was bom Sept. 17, 1917 to the late Fred Garfield and Mary Frances Jenkins.
She was a member of Slate Mills Baptist Church.
Mrs. Jenkins is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Gid Jenkins, a sister, Ethel Jenkins and a brother, John Thomas Jenkins.
She is survived by a daughter, Joyce Brown of Sperryville and a sister, Mary Tbvar of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include a special niece, Maria Tbvar and many other nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Aug. 11 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Virgil Wilson and Rev. Sanford Martin officiating.
