Sperryville.

Nine youths and three adults from the F.T. and Reynolds Memorial Baptist churches in Sperryville started their summer youth mission trip on July 21.

This year the team traveled to the Johenning Baptist Center located on 9th Street S.E., in Washington, D.C.

While there, the missionaries conducted various workshop classes for some 70 children ages 4-12. The classes were divided into appropriate age groups: 4-6, 7-9 and the 10-12-year-olds.

Three workshops—Praise Dance, Sports & Recreation, and Music & Bible Story— were designed to teach children about the love of Christ and active praise worship. Each class was one hour; then students would rotate to the next session.
