comer to Rappahannock County High School, a transfer student from Riverheads High School in Staunton.
Doug Bradley, a rising sophomore, competed in the National High School Coaches Association Tbumament at the Pavilion at Virginia Beach early in July.
Bradley competed in Folkstyle competition where he placed sixth in the nation, earning him All-American status. This is not his first trip to a national tournament. His first was in 2001 when he traveled to Fresno, Calif., for Greco-Roman and Freestyle competition.
It was then that he became a 2x All-American, placing second in the Nation in Greco and sixth in Freestyle.
No stranger to a wrestling mat, Bradley has been traveling all over the country since he was seven years old and has faced many challengers whom he has seen wrestle at the state level for their Varsity teams.
