A lifelong resident of Chester Gap and graduate of Rappahannock High School, Williams and his wife Karyn have two children.
“I have a large set of shoes to fill,” says Williams. “Mr. Jenkins had many years of service to Rappahannock County and a great amount of knowledge of our roads. He is leaving a well-trained and all-around great group of employees whom I look forward to working with and, together, to serving the citizens of Rappahannock.”
