Ruth Ann Oyster was late because a bear in her parents’ yard needed to be scared away before she could get on her way. It is safe to assume, once you have met her, that nothing, not even a hungry black bear, can hold Ruth Ann back for long.
Her ambition is to be a model, and not a model for a local car lot or dry cleaner, either. She’s laid her sights on New York, Paris, Milan, and points beyond, including Hollywood, into the realms of the Elite and Ford and Wilhelmina agencies with their stables of Super Models like Cindy Crawford, Elle Macpherson, and Molly Sims.
It all really starts this week, when Ruth Ann goes to New York City for her first audition. She has been scouted by one of the top modeling agencies, Elite Model Management, which she will interview, and if all goes according to her plan, a contract may follow, and
