The first and third Fridays of every month are film nights at The Theatre in Little Washington. The Rappahan- ' nock Association for the Arts and Community selects films which appeal to a wide variety of interest in the community and shows the best American and foreign films available. Listed below are the film selections for Ahe remainder of 2004.
Aug. 6: “My Architect” (Unrated, 116 minutes) The illegitimate son of America’s greatest architect Louis Kahn travels the world looking for answers to his father’s complex and mysterious life and discovers just how revolutionary his father was.
Aug. 20: “The Ladykillers” (R, 116 minutes) Written and directed by the Coen brothers, the film is a remake of the 1955 comedy in which a group of thieves, led by a charlatan professor (Tbm Hanks), board with a churchgoing old lady (Irma P. Hall) who discovers their heist plans.
