He is survived by his wife Anne Mudd Cabaniss of Alexandria, Va., three children, Jelks H. Cabaniss, III, Nabers Cabaniss Johnson, and Anne Cabaniss Opsahl, and four grandsons.
Burial was at Little Georgetown Cemetery, Broad Run, Va., on July 15.
