Capt. Steve Rosenfield had a long day with fellow firefighters, and returned home around 1 a.m. last Thursday. When the call came in about an accident on Eggbomsville Road, Capt. Rosenfield rushed back to the station to join his fellow members to help someone in need. While helping a victim into the ambulance, Steve suffered a massive heart attack and died about 2 a.m. Thursday.
