Shenandoah County Republican Chairman and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Tbdd Gilbert has officially announced that he is the Republican candidate for the 15th District of the Virginia House of Delegates in this year’s November general election.
Gilbert won the Republican nomination with widespread support and was unchallenged in the process.
“Since the very day Delegate Louderback announced his resignation, I have stated my intention to run for this seat,” said Gilbert Monday in a press conference.
Gilbert is also Republican Chairman for the 15th House district and for the 26th Senatorial District of State Senator Mark Obenshain.
