WKat does the term DJ Realtor mean? The term GB. and the symbol are used by Real Estate Professionals who have voluntarily joined the local State and National Associations of Realtors. In order to use the symbol you have to be a member in good standing with the various associations and what is more important, by joining these associations the Realtor associate agrees to adhete to a strict code of conduct and code of ethics. This has to do with the way Realtors treat each other as well as the public at large. Those who have the LJ| symbol in front of their logo or name have to meet a higher standard then those who do not. 1 wonder sometimes if it wouldn’t be good for all of us who have the right to use the symbol to reflect upon what it means and not just take it for granted.
