We have become addicted to busyness, and if we are not busy we feel worthless, at a loss, and even frightened.
Sometimes we feel that if everything isn’t perfect, we cannot be grateful for anything. We easily fall into all-or-nothing thinking. When we do, we miss the beauty of the sunrise and the other forms of goodness that surround us each day such as the big blue mountains with their soft spirit.
Sometimes we take life for granted from day to day. Life can be short, let’s take time out from our busyness, to enjoy the beauty of life that surrounds us.
