At the previous meeting^ the BOS resolved to donate $5,000 to the American Reid£ Cross for hurricane relief, and to authorize matching conti?^ butions of local government employees up to $2,500. ThJJ matching effort is complete and this month the board authorized McCarthy to dis-. burse a total of $6,750 to the Red Cross.
