WCDS student government president Allison Russo of Flint Hill, presented local American Red Cross acting executive director Phyllis McBride with a check for $875.00. Russo was accompanied by vice president Caitlin Hammelman of Warrenton. Funds were raised over the past several weeks by students in bake sales and collection drives to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.
