The 6th and 7th grades, with teacher Leta Brown, recently took a field trip to Skyline Caverns as part of their Local Geology Class studies. It was a great addition to their classroom studies to see local rock formations first hand.
The highschool classes are diligently pursuing their SAT prep studies with Jesse Reynolds teaching the English portion and new highschool teacher Ankur Rupani teaching the Mathematics portion.
Hearthstone School will again be selling Christmas trees generously donated by Mr. and Mrs. O’Meara of Moose Hill Farm in Rappahannock County The trees will be all be $35.00 each, and may be purchased in the front parking lot of Hearthstone School from the week after Thanksgiving until Christmas Day.
