The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging is seeking individuals who are interested in serving as a volunteer on the Local Human Rights Committee (HLHRC). Health Care Providers are encouraged to apply. This Committee meets quarterly (January, April, July, and October) at 1:30 p.m. in Culpeper and is responsible for ensuring that individuals receiving mental health, mental, retardation, and substance abuse services are being treated with dignity, are free from abuse or neglect, and that their basic rights are being protected.
