Rappahannock County citizens will need every tool available to preserve our way of life.
As a riparian landowner on the Hazel, I feel an obligation to my neighbors downstream not to foul the water I send them. But the larger issue for everyone in our great county is to avoid missing this opportunity to add another “arrow in our quiver” in our fight to keep Rappahannock County the we want it. I believe that most of my fellow citizens would agree, and I respectfully ask our elected local leaders to listen to us.
