side Farms, discovering that one was a wanted man in Maryland. Twenty-six year old Nicholas Sitcer, of Sperryville, is wanted by the Baltimore Police Department on charges of Arson and Grand Larceny. Sitcer was arrested as a fugitive at Sunnyside by several members of the RCSD on Halloween afternoon. The suspected burglary of Sunnyside is still under investigation by the RCSD.
