On Saturday, November 19 at 8 p.m., the Theatre at Washington, Virginia will present a performance of Russian folk music and dance.
The St. Petersburg Trio and the Kalinka Russian Folk Dance Ensemble led by Ekaterina Denisova, along with singer Anja Titova, join forces for a unique performance.
The dances are drawn from different regions of Russia - from the far north to southern villages, with styles to be found in Siberia, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The company regards costume as an important element in its performance.
The costumes are handmade and authentic to the region portrayed in each dance.
The dances are all accompanied by favorite Russian folk times.
