He was preceded in death by his mother, Jessie and father, Aaron Fletcher, two brothers, Aaron Jr. and William McKinley Fletcher.
A funeral service will be held at the W. C. Thompson Funeral Chapel in Culpeper at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23. The Rev. Forrest Freeman of Washington will officiate. Burial will be in Culpeper National Cemetery with full military honors by Culpeper V.F.W. #2524 and American Legion Post #330.
The family will receive friends at 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at Chapel on Wednesday.
