'Kay McClure is enjoying life these days. And she has every reason to Kay is celebrating her eighth year beinf cancer free! Each April, Kay celebrates her wellness by modeling for die American Cancer Society's Fashion Show at the Inn at Kelly's Ford. "All the models are cancer survivors, and it's a nice reunion because we get to see how everyone is doing. There's an immediate bond between cancer patients— that's one of the rewards of having cancer.' Kav's motto has always been "work hard and pi a hard!" She enjoys entertaining and hosting dinner panics, going to the beach with her girlfriends, and being hypnotized by the views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from her new home in Orlean She and her husband have raised two children and she has been a fitness instructor at the Chestnut Forks Athletic Club for the past 18 years As a human resources representative, Kay schedules appointments, meetings and training, and she performs a variety of other duties. "My job is a very diverse, multi-tasking type of position. There's always something different going on. And I love the people f work with. We all work so wed together and we make a great team"
