December 4: Christmas
in Little Washington
The Washington Hospitality and Visitors Association is sponsoring “Christmas in Little Washington” from 12:30 to 4 p.m. The holiday cheer begins with a Holiday Parade at 12:30 on Main Street in Washington. Santa Claus will be on hand at Sunnyside Square and many of the town's businesses are planning open houses. Step in at the Washington Baptist Church for Brunswick Stew or Christmas Chili and decorate a Gingerbread man or two. The Rappahannock County High School band will be performing and marching in the parade.

Committee meeting
The next meeting of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee will be held on Tuesday, December 6 at the Rappahannock County Library. Following the social hour at 7 p.m. the meeting will start promptly at 7:30 p.m.
