Rappahannock County Tax Bills for 2005 have been mailed and must be paid or postmarked on or before December 5, 2005 to avoid penalty, failure to receive a bill through the mail does not relieve the tax-payer of any additional charges that will accure under law for failure to pay within the prescribed time. Office hours are 8:30-4:30, Monday through Friday. Thanksgiving Holiday - Wednesday November 23rd - closing at 12 noon, closed November 24, 25. 26 Closed December 6, 2005.
