Numerous people appealed their assessments to the BOE. Mr. Dennis used his position to push landowners to put their land under easement.
I hope Mr. Dennis as Chairman of the BOA will give all landowners, large and small, good fair consideration and not used the BOA as a platform to only push landowners to easement. People should decide independently based upon their personal circumstances if an easement is the best course for them, not be pushed into
