5:44 p.m. November 19, Saturday.

The Rappahannock County Sheriffs Department arrested Tyrone Starks, 30, for a misdemeanor charge of hit and run, indicating property damage. The charge originated in Prince William County, and their Sheriff’s Office informed the RCSD that Starks was wanted and living in Rappahannock.

2:04 p.m. November 17, Thursday.

The Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Department received information from Page County law enforcement that a minivan involved in a hit and run accident in Page county may have fled to Rappahannock county. RCSD deputies and Virginia state troopers located the minivan on a Rappahannock back road. Major Chris Williams of the RCSD charged Reginald T. Lam, 41, of Luray with Felony Hit and Run.
