It is that time of year again, when the Amissville Community comes together to help those in need in the Amissville area. The local Senior Girl Scout Troop, that consists of leaders Connie Payne and Faye Smoot, troop members Elizabeth Fletcher, Kaite Payne, Megan Smith and Sarah Smoot, decorated the collection boxes for the Annual Food Drive.
The boxes and collection jars will be placed in area businesses, for the non-perishable items and monetary donations, the Friday after Thanksgiving, November 25.
