December 3: Bible Donation Event
In cooperation with the Rappahannock County coalition of churches, the Old Sperryville Bookshop will be holding a special event on Saturday, December 3 from 2-4 p.m. during which bibles and children’s books will be offered at discount rates to be sent as Christmas gifts to victims of Hurricane Katrina. December 3: Artists Reception
“A Measure of Beauty” featuring paintings by Steven Kenny and works on paper, 3-dimensional figures and poetry by Donna LaPre is the latest show at The Packing Shed Gallery in Washington. The exhibition is on view from December 1 through January 9. A reception for the artists will be held on Saturday, December 3 from 2 to 6 p.m. The gallery is located on the corner of Gay and Porter Streets in Washington.
