In the starring role of Scrooge is 86-year-old Norman Getsinger, a retired diplomat who has acted in numerous plays over the years, including summer stock as a young man ori Long Island and at Martha’s Vineyard. He also has had touching roles in a number of Ki Theatre productions such as “The Shepherds' Play,” “Of Mice and Men,” and most recently Chekhov’s play, “The Bear.”
The charming role of the inimitable Tiny Tim is actually played by two O’Heir brothers—Christopher i age 5) on Saturday night and Shane (age 7) on Sunday afternoon. And a thu d “Tiny Tim” appears at Friday night’s dress rehearsal in the person of eight-year old Logan Curley.
