June 13: Culpeper Minute Men
Chapter Meeting
The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter of the NSDAR will meet Tuesday, June 13, at 1:30 p.m. at The Kemper Residence, Main Street, Madison. The program, “James Lawson Kemper, Brig. General and Virginia State Governor" will be presented by Frank Walker, author and historian of Orange County, VA. The Chapter is made up of residents from Rappahannock, Culpeper and Madison Counties. June 14: Civil War Roundtable meeting
The June dinner meeting of the Fauquier County CWRT will be held this evening at the Fauquier Springs Country Club near Warrenton. Evening starts at 6:30 p.m., dinner is at 7 p.m. and the program begins at 8 p.m. Chuck Mauro will be talking on “Herndon in the Civil War.” Those planning to attend should call Jim Flanagan at (540) 439-3549 for reservations.
June 14-16: Football Camp at Rappahannock County High School
Football camp at Rappahannock County High School for ages 8-14, will be from June 14-16 starting at 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The cost will be $25 per participant. Checks may be payable to Rappahannock County High School Football.
There will be a flag football game on June 16th for 8 to 10 year olds, 11 to 12 year olds and 13 to 14 year olds. Parents are encourage to come watch their children play this flag football game!
June 15: Potluck Party
Calling all Friends and Lovers of Our Watershed!
