Waverly Downing Frazier, 80, of Castleton died Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal, VA. He was born May 29, 1926 in Rappahannock, VA to the late John and Mamie Frazier.

Mr. Frazier was a member and treasurer of Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church where he was a devoted Christian. In his earlier years he loved to hunt, fish, coach the Ben Venue Men’s Baseball Team, and owned and operated dump trucks. He enjoyed conversation with friends and family but took great admiration in being a loving husband, dedicated father and grandfather to his cherished grandchildren, and a caring fatherin-law.
