; THE OBJECT of the above-styled suit is to quiet title in and to the following real property situated in Piedmont Magistei rial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia and more particularly described in a deed to Plaintiffs from Tommy J. Dwyer, et at., dated April 28, 1972 and recorded May 11, 1972 among the land records in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County,Virginia in Deed j Book 103 at page 268, as follows, to-wit
Beginning at a point in the easterly boundary of the Shenandoah National Park, said point also lying in the center of Route 614, thence running with the center of Route 614 N 78 degree 41' 24 inches E 65.25 feet to a point N ! JO degree 23' 01 inches E 114.21 feet to a point and N 51 degree 39' 46 inches E to a point 133.30 fee to a point; thence departing Route 614 and running with the boundary of the land of Clyde Pullen S 40 degree 55' 45 inches E 334.58 feet to a point S 35 degree 16' 22 inches W 490.88 feet to a point and N 82 degree 57' 22 inches W 294.27 feet to a point n the easterly boundary of the Shenandoah National Park, thence running with the easterly boundary of ♦he Shenandoah National Park N 00 degree 06'23 inches W 32.94 feet to a point and N 15 degree 48' 40 inches E 417.85 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.000 acres.
