BILLING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Will respond to telephone inquiries/requests initiated by Quest clients, patients and/or third party payors promptly and accurately. We are seeking a HS grad/equivalent wth 2-3 years of strong telephone customer service experience along with third party billing experience.
DATA ENTRY OPERATOR Will perform the timely and accurate input/ verification of patient and third party payor information into our system. Must be a HS grad/ equivalent with at least 2-3 years of data entry experience. Work experience as a billing data entry operator and with third party payors is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
BOTH positions require the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment independently and under pressure along with strong attention to detail.
