Drevas Bark Art
receives honors
A few months ago one of Jeanne Drevas’ bark creations received an award in a competition in Korea. Recently, another of Jeanne’s pieces was included in “500 Baskets, A Celebration of the Basketmaker’s Art,” just published by Lark Books. Her vessel form is made of white pine bark, longleaf pine needles, sweet birch twigs and waxed linen. Congratulations to this fine artist.
