You could hear them coming last Thursday evening. Students from Hearthstone School joined by friends and members of the community for their annual Lantern Walk serenaded several businesses in the Town of Washington. Children carried creatively made and brilliantly colored papier-mache lanterns they had made at school. Singing songs of light their cheerful voices were welcomed by all.
