We are hosting another wine dinner for Pearmund Wine Cellars January 26, 2007. Pearmund is going to be producing the new Blue Rock wine and we are very proud to be featuring their wines. Chris Pearmund, the winemaker will be attending and talking about his product and how it pairs with Chef Jim McCullough’s eclectic food. The wine dinner will begin at 6:00pm and end at 9:00pm. The dinner will be 6 courses, five paired with wine. The cost per person is $75.00, tax and gratuity not included. Please book your seats as soon as possible, as there is limited space.
